Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. will never use AI and/or AI-Adjacent Software to deliver a final deliverable to Clients; nor will it be the final design in any of Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. small businesses and the services they provide; and finally it will not be used for the final version of any product available on our store page.
That said, Ashley Grenstone is a 35 year old who has struggled for the past 20 years with diagnosed anxiety and severe depression which has and continues to impede her workflow. This undercuts her work, often taking the form of self-doubt, brain fog and overthinking. Upon advice from her then employer, Ashley began using ChatGPT in 2024 to assist her in maintaining a steady workflow and continues to use it now.
AI and AI-Adjacent Software are not a substitute for wellness practices. Ashley Grenstone has and continues to receive support from community and professional health services – including regular therapy – to manage and improve her body, mental health and wellness practices.
ChatGPT has been used to edit the text on the Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. website, though any final versions are rewritten to retain a level of authenticity specific to Ashley Grenstone and the parent Company Ashley Grenstone | Ltd.
Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. respects the decision to not support Ashley, the parent company, or it’s small business brands on the basis of our usage of AI and AI-Adjacent Software in a supporting role. There are plenty of valid arguments to be made that justify caution or for the outright banning of AI software and Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. recognizes the valid concerns presented by experts, artists and the working class who are often under-supported and outsourced as a means of maximizing profit.
AI and AI-Adjacent Software were not used in the writing of this statement.
