As part of strengthening her practice and project management skills, Ashley has organized her creative efforts under formal ‘projects’. These projects go through a serious of analysis before being approved for development, with actions broken down into tasks and sub-tasks until the project reaches conclusion with a Final Project Report & Final budget Review.

B | Participation in a 6-week CBT/Change-based Mental Health Program

A goal for Ashley in 2026 was to develop her mental health ‘toolkit’ and this was completed through the participation of a mental health program in September 2026.

C | AG | Ltd. Action Plan 2025-26

The first action plan developed by/for Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. was launched in 2025 and titled ‘AG | Ltd. Action Plan 2025-26‘. Central to this plan has been the commitment to creativity, collaboration and meaningful impact that when guided by vision, mission and values the core theme is to unite ‘purpose’ with ‘practice’ rooted in all of Ashley and her small businesses’ efforts.

This work has been in active development ever since with the action plan’s conclusion slated for end of Q4 2026-2027 (Specifically March 31st, 2027).

A new Action plan is currently in development and will take shape over the coming months to pick up where the current one ends.

A | Beyond Acknowledgement Audit

Ashley Grenstone is working towards completion of a genealogical audit of her family tree in an effort to understand her proximity to Indigenous communities and determine the level of culpability of her and/or her extended family currently and in the past identifying as Indigenous persons.

B | The Evolving Moral and Ethical Landscape of AI Usage

Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. will never use AI and/or AI-Adjacent Software to deliver a final deliverable to Clients; nor will Ai be used in the final design of any Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. small business services provided; and finally Ai will not be used for any product available on our store page.

In the past Ashley Grenstone has struggled with completion of tasks, projects & goal setting due to diagnosed social anxiety & depression. More recently Ashley has been working on her mental health and wellness so that she can maintain a heathy balance between her needs and commitments to her clients creative pursuits and to the Ethics/Care that drive her.

ChatGPT has been used in the past to draft the written text on the Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. website, the final text versions were rewritten to retain a level of authenticity in the identity of Ashley and her small businesses. This practice is being phased out, with one notable exception – if/when Ashley’s relationship with mental health necessitates use for drafting purposes only.

Ashley Grenstone | Ltd. recognizes that Ai, adjacent software and Ai-Agents are never a substitute for wellness practices.
